Licensing

1. Licence Grant

When you download a 3D model from aise, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the model in your projects, subject to the terms below. This licence applies to both free and premium models unless otherwise stated.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use downloaded models for:

• Commercial projects: architectural visualisations, interior design presentations, client renders, and marketing materials.
• Personal projects: portfolio work, educational exercises, and non-commercial renders.
• Rendered output: still images, animations, and interactive experiences where the model is embedded in a rendered or compiled format.
• Client deliverables: you may include models in project files delivered to clients, provided the client uses them only within the scope of that specific project.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute the original model files (e.g., .max, .fbx, .obj, .blend) as standalone assets, whether for free or for sale.
• Resell or sublicence the raw model files on any marketplace, asset store, or platform.
• Claim ownership of the model or its design.
• Use in model-training datasets for AI or machine learning without prior written consent.
• Share access by distributing models to individuals or teams who do not hold their own valid aise licence.

4. Attribution

Attribution is appreciated but not required for most uses. If you showcase a model in a public gallery, tutorial, or educational context, a credit to aise is welcomed.

5. Multi-Seat Usage

Each licence is tied to a single user account. If multiple team members require access to the same models, each member needs their own subscription. Contact us for team or enterprise pricing.

6. Free vs Premium Models

• Free models are available to all registered users subject to daily download limits. They carry the same licence terms as premium models.
• Premium models are available exclusively to subscribers or via individual purchase. The licence remains valid even if your subscription lapses — models you have already downloaded remain licensed for continued use.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

All models are provided “as is” without warranty. While we strive for high-quality, production-ready assets, we do not guarantee compatibility with every rendering engine, software version, or workflow. Please review model specifications and preview images before downloading.

8. Licence Termination

This licence is automatically terminated if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the affected model files. Rendered outputs created before termination are not affected.
