Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the aise platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the platform.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense downloaded 3D model files in their original form.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to bulk-download content.
• Attempt to circumvent download limits, authentication, or access controls.
• Share your account credentials with others or operate shared accounts.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

All 3D models available on the platform are licensed, not sold. Downloading a model grants you a licence to use it in accordance with our Licensing Agreement. The aise platform itself, including its design, branding, code, and content, is the property of aise and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) and automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

6. Free Tier

Free-tier users may download a limited number of models per day. Download limits are subject to change. Free-tier models are licensed under the same terms as premium models unless otherwise noted.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. Upon termination, your right to access and download models ceases immediately. Models already downloaded and used in completed projects prior to termination remain licensed.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, aise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold aise harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aise operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
